The educational resources of a school, as prerequisite and condition of its operation in a good way, have a great influence on its scale, quality of education and development as a whole, even the sustaining improvement of a region in which the school locates. In fact, the government fails to provide enough supports to school. As a result, schools couldn't get enough money. Furthermore, lots of schools have suffered from raising educational resources. Due to that reason, it is very important to make best use of the school resources each, reducing the waste and digging its potential resources for the double effects. However, in the practice of educational management, lacking the direction of theory, the schools have gotten little result when integrating its educational resources. Therefore, through the research on Xiulin community of Shishou city, the author has expounded the theory and practice of integration of educational resources of community schools in a round way by means of literature and survey. Then this paper holds that the integrating research of community schools should be focused on its contents and methods. More importantly, the analysis of systematic resources upon school and discussion on the essences of integration of educational resources should be indispensable. So, the author thinks the integration of educational resources of community schools should be clarified with its boundary and type for useful results. And we can find rules on the integration of educational resources and whether its success or not to the great extent lies on a kind of mechanism, within which principal part of educational resources should be stressed, especially the importance of role of persons. In order to raise levels of integration, this paper analyzes many factors which influences integration in all-rounded ways. Lastly this paper maintains that integration can be executed from Level of structure, producer and principle. From what has been mentioned above, author provides methods andchannels to realize integration of educational resources of community schools on the reality of Xiulin community Shishou city.1. Make sure the educational policy of communities.2. Set up standards on the schools of communities.3. Adopt a variety of ways to build school.4. Add to specialty.5. Carry out plans of reborn of organizations and systems.6. Adjust the schools' location in one community.7. Manage to share education resources among schools.
