Study On Systematic Engineering And The Founding Of Engineering Moral Education In Higher Institutions

Since the international politics and economy have been greatly changed, as well as Chinese reformation and the socialistic economy have been developed deeply, moral education in higher institutions faces with more and more new circumstances and problems. In order to strengthen and improve the moral education in higher institutions, it is important for moral educator to analyze and find the countermeasure against these new problems, and try to carry out the efficient moral operational model actively.Behavior reflects and is decided by mentality. So the domination of mentality is equal to the domination of behavior. For college students' mentalities have rules to follow, it is indispensable to combine the characteristic of college students and the demand of society to establish a set of modern moral education operating system by the methodology of engineering ideation that can indeed make the moral education effect efficiently by the means of following the attribute of engineering to make the mentality and behavior of humanity in order.Moral education in higher institutions is an item of systematic and holistic engineering, which is an science with some given aims and researches the rule of mentality and behavior of college students, the rule of education management as well as the operating rule of itself. When the given aims are to set up or to manage a system, those projects can be regarded as systematic engineering. Generally speaking, systematic engineering has two aspect of " systematic" and "engineering " with the viewpoint of "systematic" referring to the collectivity of cogeneric things according to some inner relations, it is a synthetically multi-subject research system while "engineering " holding the argumentation of practice which is the aggregate of design and producing. Engineering insists applying modern scientific methods into organization management in order to achieve the best results. In the thesis, the author not only introduces the conception of "engineering ", "systematic engineering" into the project of moral education in higher institutions, but also presents a new notion of "Engineering Moral Education"(EME) that considers moral education from the aspect of systematic engineering. Certainly, there are some firm relations between systematic engineering of moral education and engineering moral education as well as their differences. When we do the researches on moral education based on the theories of methodology, epistemology, we can regard engineering moral education as theaggregate of many separate moral education systematic engineering.In modern society, the methodology and ordinary principles of traditional moral education model cannot satisfy the request of external development. It is urgent to set up a new moral education model with some complicated directive principles. Since World War II, there is a systematic engineering theory has been founded as a systematic mentality methodology that can solve complicated problems, organize and manage large- scale practical activities. Now, it becomes a subject of co positive and multiplex technology that can be combined with Engineering Moral Education Model (EMEM).EMEM, which regards the scientific epistemology theory, net theory and mentality phenomenalism, is the integration of multi-subject. The model protests the usage of engineering technical means and bases the rules of moral education cost with the consideration of the characteristics of engineering criterion activities and the elements of basic engineering. Hence, the model can reflect the characteristics of EMEM as follows: Canonical, Osmosis, Precise, Portentous, Consultative. On the consideration of leading systematic engineering to found the EMEM, people need to obey the principles of making theory and practice, systematic ideation and optimization consideration, inside domination and outside radicalization, mental and benefit prompting combine with each other closely.
