Engineering constructs the "second environment" of human life.With the increasing scale and complexity of engineering,the overall effect of engineering becomes more and more significant.Modern engineering has become an organic system interwoven by various factors such as economy,politics,technology and ethics,and the quality of engineering ethics of engineering subjects is becoming more and more important.Due to the anomie of Engineering ethics,improper engineering activities lead to a series of negative consequences.For a long time,Chinese universities still do not pay enough attention to the engineering ethics education of Engineering students.They devote their main energy to the education and teaching of engineering knowledge and skills,resulting in the lack of engineering ethics accomplishment of these "future engineers" and inevitably fall into ethical dilemma in their engineering career.Around the fundamental task of cultivating people,carrying out the ideological and political concept of curriculum,and striving to promote the ideological and political practice of curriculum have gradually become the consensus of colleges and universities.Engineering ethics education is closely related to ideological and political education.Combining with the ideological and political background of curriculum,it is of great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance to take engineering ethics education of engineering students as the research ontology and innovative path,to solve the ethical dilemma in engineering activities and to rebuild a good engineering ecology.In the process of research,literature research and questionnaire survey are mainly used.Engineering ethics education has distinct interdisciplinary characteristics,involving many disciplines.Through reading a large number of relevant books,periodical papers and other literature,the research context of engineering ethics education is sorted out,based on the research foundation of previous scholars,and new research perspectives and ways of engineering ethics education are sought.Through questionnaires,this paper objectively understands the current situation of engineering ethics education for engineering students in Universities of science and technology,grasps more real information,guides by practical problems,students' main needs and social development needs,and precisely implements countermeasures.In this study,innovative thinking on engineering ethics education is carried out from the aspects of basic theory,educational orientation and strategies.Firstly,from Marx's theory of labor alienation,the theory of all-round development of human beings and excellent traditional Chinese culture,engineering ethics education should be examined to integrate local culture and Chinese characteristics.Secondly,in the orientation of education,we should implement the concept of "curriculum ideological and political education",integrate ideological and political education,and take engineering ethics education as a specific innovation path of Ideological and political education,so as to enhance pertinence and effectiveness,attractiveness and appeal should solve the problem of "Whom to cultivate","How to cultivate " and "For whom to cultivate ".Thirdly,we should build a long-term mechanism of engineering ethics education with universities as the main body,government as the leading role and society as the backing,and work together to form a joint force of education.
