A study on the Characteristics of Achievement Attribution in Polytechnic School and educational suggestionAbstract:This research was designed to aim at exploring the characteristics and exercises of achievement attribution for 681 student of polytechnic three grades by self-TEST questionnaire. The results were as follows:There was no difference in the grade and profession,but there was difference between sex.At the same time,there was difference for grade and sex in the achievement attribution of study, work, relation of people and attitude of life.In general, the students of polytechnic prone to aim attribution,effort attribution and ability attribution. In light of the characteristics of achievement, we are based on the attribution exercises of Weiber.B. and educate the students.
