It is cer -tain that the research, application, and populari-zation of multi-media technology should bringprofound and lasting influence upon the reformation of vocational education and teaching, andit should demonstrate its powerful superiority and fascination as well.Based on the experience and the existing problems summed up in the practice of multimedia teaching, the article deals with further modern teaching methods that will suit the secondary vocational education characteristics and its requirements, find out the best point that can conn -ect with the traditional teaching patterns, develop the whole function of multimedia education, and enlarge the application area of multimedia teaching. According to the research, multimediatechnology will play a sufficient role under the guidance of the modern education thought and theory.
