With the development of the society, the effect and status of the mental quality have become more and more important when faced with the fierce competition in the 21~st century. The researches on the positive effect that the sports have on the psychology healthy have been paid more and more attention to and the acquaintanceship of this has become deeper and deeper. The persons of ability in the future should master modern science and technology and should have ability. In addition, they must have strong and healthy physique and independent individuality. The form and development of the healthy mental quality, intelligence development, moral character cultivation, creation, competition, independent individuality and adaptation are influenced by the mental quality. The middle school students are the instructor and responder of the future society. Cultivating the student with strong and healthy physique, perfect psychology and favorable social adaptation is the primary task of physical education. At present the students are under the pressure of study and living tension, the crowded space and entering a higher school. They should struggle to improve themselves in the fierce competition. The education facing the examinations makes the students' healthy decrease and the psychology problems more serious. In the daily physical education the students' sense and positivism to participate are less than in the past. As the students grow up, this situation pops out. The physical education are faced an inexperienced challenge. Faced with the new situation, new age and new task, we need deeply research and discuss how to carry out the sprit that the physical education should establish the view "health is the first" and how to stimulate the students to take part in the exercises to improve their health. Many researches on the physical and psychological healthy focus on the self-concept. Self-efficiency was created by Bandura.A. In 1977. Its effect varies from field to field. So this them intends to systemly discuss the connotation, significance, effect of self-efficiency and analyze the means and effect that how the physical education improves the self-efficiency and psychology. The targets of this theme are: 1.revealing self-efficiency and psychology have an positive effect on each other and providing effective activities in physical education; 2. Researching the intervening in self-efficiency and how to improve self- efficiency by changing the educational and other social environments; 3. Providing academic and practical reference for the middle students' healthy.The objects of this theme are the students in the Yuxin middle school and other midde school in Nanchang. The means are questionnaire, document, expertise, spastics, induction, deduction and so on. Intervening in the experimental group students in the physical education shows that the inner motive, self-efficiency and the grade of physical education of the experimental group are higher than those of the comparative group students. There exists remarkable divergence. On the above basis, the theme can draw the conclusions as fellows:1. Trying new form of physical education to cultivate students' interest, habits and ability, which make students take active part in the exercises and improve self-efficiency.2. The self-efficiency of students in the physical education has an influence on the choice of exercises. The higher self-efficiency can make them conquer difficulty and persist which can form excellent characters.3. Participating in the physical education activities has an effect on improving self-efficiency and stimulating students' psychology.
