Job seeking of college graduates is a hot topic in both domestic and abroad country. Theemployment problem is one of some important aspects which affect the stability of Chinaright now. China is under the most widely unemployment phenomenon in the world. Theproblem of job seeking of college graduates is an obvious problem following the lad-off ofworkers in urban cities and transfer of surplus farmers in rural countries. The purpose of the study is to deep understand and extend employment theory,furthermore, it will help to solve the burden of employment in China. The thesis is base onthe theory of employment and stresses on the model of market-oriented of job seeking ofcollege graduates. By combining with education economics and labour economics, it studiesthe market-oriented job seeking model of college graduates widely, which has boththeoretical value and practical value. Firstly, the thesis presents the definition of market-oriented of job seeking model ofcollege graduates and introduces several western employment theories which are popular.Secondly, makes the empirical analysis to the problem and its cause existing in job seeking ofcollege graduates and makes some controversial problems clear. Thirdly, analyzes theoutstanding aspects of Job seeking of college graduates in advanced market-orientedeconomy countries, through which enlightenment is got. At last, puts forward the suggestionand system arrangement for the model of market-oriented of job seeking of college graduates. The thesis consists of four parts as follows: Part One: Basis theory for market-oriented job seeking model of college graduateswhich includes the definitions and several popular western employment theories and alsoMarxism employment theory. Part Two: Analyze the job seeking situation of college graduates after the extending ofcolleges and change some wrong ideas, which includes the exiting problem and its causing. Part Three: The characteristic of the job seeking of college graduates in developedcountries and its enlightenment to China. Part Four: Create a model for job seeking of college graduates in China, which includesthe relationship among colleges, companies, governments and graduates. At last, thesystem performent is proposed.
