With the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for talents has changed a lot.Therefore,vocational education is of great significance to the promotion of modernization and the popularization of urbanization.The basic goal of training talents is to continuously transfer the matching talents to the enterprises,and this kind of training task determines the teaching process in vocational schools.It needs to be closely linked with the ability of the market to occasionally cultivate qualified personnel;such a prerequisite is that the college needs to meet the background of the era of high-efficiency talent training model.But for vocational colleges,how to find a suitable mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises to promote their own development while contributing to economic development,this has long been a difficult problem for scholars.In teaching practice,there have been many obstacles in the process of realizing the mode of school-enterprise cooperation in running schools.These obstacles can be roughly divided into three aspects.One is the macro dimension,where there is no corresponding anti-coercion mechanism at the national level.In each local government its policy implementation process has no real implementation rules,resulting in insufficient implementation;second,the meso-dimension,that is,in the industry associations do not have enough intervention,did not introduce a certain incentive mechanism;Finally,the micro-dimension,in the process of cooperation between schools and enterprises,the interests of the two sides have differences,so that the cooperation between the two sides only stay at the shallow level,no real significance of the formation of the two parties.In order to be able to solve these problems,for the school,it is necessary to set about the next period of rich structure and content,and the establishment of the school system.At present,the government has issued the corresponding policy but lacks the related implementation rules,so it is urgent to improve the structure of school-enterprise cooperation from the point of view of college and enterprise.First of all,the paper introduces the significance,purpose and content of this research in detail.At the same time,it also analyzes a certain amount of domestic and foreign research literature and the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation,and finds that the domestic school-enterprise cooperation model is relatively backward.The sensitivity to market development is relatively low,but our economy is in a period of rapid development,there are still a lot of opportunities for development of school-enterprise cooperation.In depth interview and other methods,the existing problems and the following are found in the cooperation between schools and enterprises.Firstly,the mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises in higher vocational colleges does not conform to the reality of the development of market economy,leading to the development of the market economy.The part of the professional setting unreasonable,students cannot meet the market demand;secondly,market oriented policy is not clear,whether government agencies or enterprises and schools for the school enterprise cooperation is not a clear direction,the state has not yet issued relevant policy guidelines;then,the enterprise market attention in school enterprise cooperation the degree is low,many enterprises only consider their own interests,while ignoring the rules of market economy,so that we can't meet the demand of cultivating talents,development can make enterprises better in the market;finally,in the market oriented,cooperation characteristics are not obvious,whether it is to help the local economy growth It is to support the development of the industry and the normal operation of the market.This mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises does not have a characteristic advantage.Then,the author starts from improving the degree of cooperation between schools and enterprises and the market,and follows the principle of the market.Taking the market economy law as the guide and perfecting the market standard and policy of the cooperation between school and enterprise,this paper puts forward some good countermeasures and suggestions.Finally,it is hoped that this study can provide some reference value for the development of the cooperation between school and enterprise under the market guidance.Through the way of "cooperation between school and enterprise",it has a lot of practical significance.It can effectively train new high-quality talents,and through its own teaching advantages,combined with the needs of enterprises,it can cultivate a group of technical talents suitable for the development of enterprises.It has greatly improved the rapid development of enterprises,at the same time increased the employment rate of schools,and promoted the development of schools and the overall level of education of social workers.Can promote the optimization of the professional reform of schools,promote the development of school education;enterprises have a lot of practical experience,through the theoretical knowledge of the school and enterprise Through the combination of practical experience,the talents can adapt to the needs of the work,the students trained through the school,have stronger creativity,greatly promote the innovation ability of enterprises,and promote the rapid development of our economy;The combination of the two can realize the rational allocation of resources and maximize the use of resources,and through this way,not only the resources are saved,but also a series of social problems caused by employment difficulties are solved.
