The discipline education of new century has been undergoing the most profound change since the reform and open, which is carried out in the background of advancing the qualified---oriented education comprehensively and a new round of course reform. Now , discipline education seems not to be attended by people, people pay more attention to the trend of course reform which pushes the discipline transformation forward. The key spirit of course reform is to promote the mixture of science and humane spirit, all on base of which the discipline integration, the pattern of teach, the curriculum, the construction of teaching material and the system of evaluation are. Biology, as the leading discipline, has a far—reaching influence on the social development and the human's destiny in new century. The key of humane education in the course of biology is humane concern and scientific reason, namely the education of sustainable development awareness, and the education of the scientific spirit and attitude. The article is on the base of last theories, and under the direction of the education theory of biology, psychology and pedagogy. The author theoretically explains the necessity and certainty of mixing humane spirit into teach of biology in junior middle school, and approaches its significant meaning on the base of her education practice and others experience. All of these discussions lay a firm foundation for developing high quality talent persons and realizing the goals of quality---oriented education.
