As a new-typed learning mode, math task study has already been an important part of classroom teaching. It incarnates the idea of research study in the math teaching, thus changes the teaching process into the process of scientific research or microcosmic scientific research. During this process, students can gain math knowledge and take part in the process of experiencing research study, therefore students' abilities of putting study task forward and solving problems independently are enhanced. The final aim of task study is to train students' innovation spirit and practice ability. It faces all the students and aims at inspiring students' initiative study and training scientific innovation spirit. Math task study has the following characteristics: the quality of research, the quality of main body, the quality of practice, the quality of opening and the quality of experience. It is propitious to train students' interest and self-confidence in math study, their creativity and their good personality. It can also spur teachers to transform teaching mode consciously, to study ceaselessly, to renovate knowledge and enhance abilities of scientific research and creativity. Math task study is usually implemented by making math models, math experiments, math research study and math motif reading. Therefore, by studying the status of overseas math task study and integrating the present status of math task study in our country, this text emphasizes on how to filter math task study into the usual teaching and students' learning activities under the precondition of regarding math task study as a learning manner and a education logos. This text integrates the author's practice and summaries and abstracts the practice of math task study. By studying the author's teaching cases of math task study in the flesh, the author brings forward that the development of math task study during the math teaching should precondition the transformation of teachers' education logos and teaching activities, interlude certain dissertation research during the teaching and organize classroom teaching with the guidance of the idea of math task study at all time. Of course, under the influence of teaching aims, time, contents and learning methods, there exist some limits in math task study. Therefore, if it is organically combined with acceptance study, its advantage can be better brought into play.
