The right movement on learners action representation of skillful formation and automation has very important significance, in a manner of speaking, The correct and clear representation of the movement for the formation of the sports skills to lay a good foundation. Motor imagery is an important content of students study sports technology.lt is the student perception of muscle movements of the past.In educational teaching course of volleyball basic technology,Volleyball skills taught by the main language interpretation and action demonstration of teachers,Some difficult or continuity strong action,students cannot be established soon action representation. So,In volleyball basic technology teaching,select what kind of method to make the students correct action representation have very important significance.This paper takes students of Nanjing normal university as research object.Using the methods of document literature、expertinterview etc.Carry on analysis for teacher says and models and video demonstration which made the better enactive representation accuracy rate in theory.We found that:1.In the teaching demonstration of volleyball mat ball, teacher says and models and video demonstration with the same effect.But,video demonsration can by means of slow playback and repeat play to increase observation.2.In the teaching demonstration of serve,with the increase of difficulty of figures,the video demonstration better than the teacher says and models.3. For the difficulty、complicationn and trajectory complex movement,the video demonstration better than the teacher says and models.
