The Challenge And Countermeasure Facing With The Ideological Morals Education Of College Youth Students In The Era Of Knowledge-based Economy

World at change, mankind at development, knowledge-based economy is changing and rebuilding our daily life, it not only deep influence to the contemporary Chinese politics,Chinese economy,Chinese culture, but also austere challenge to the education especially with the ideological morals education of college youth students. The ideological morals education of college youth students not only promote the reform and innovation of it as positive response to the challenge of knowledge-based economy, but also continuously adapting to the variety of ideological morals of students, all of these are for the satisfaction the requirement of students' grow to maturity and success. Contemporary college youth students are in the circumstance of development of knowledge-based economy, not only to be taught new science and technology knowledge, but also to be cultivated nobility of ideological morals. The talent of youth students can provide the motive and success in knowledge, only on the base of being an upright person. From this sense, we can draw conclusion that the youth students to being an upright person is more important than knowledge. The present paper analyse the austere challenge of the ideological morals education of college youth students at the base of the content and characteristics of the knowledge-based economy, and put forward the countermeasure of enhancing the ideological morals education of college youth students on idea,target,content,ways and means,educational worker troops.
