The Research Of Designing Web-based Learning System With Knowledge Management Theory

Web-based learning WBL has a lot of characteristics, multimedia materials, global sharing resource, etc. It has already become the best learning way to obtain knowledge in era of knowledge-driven economy. WBL changes teacher-centered teaching and studying mode, traditional knowledge flows changes, the key to design WBL system is how to transmit teacher's knowledge and intelligence to learners effectively. The key of WBL is utilizing knowledge resource, knowledge management KM offers the convenience and tools to index, organize and management resource, and contributes to the transformation and obtain of tacit knowledge between teachers and learns. Use the idea, technology and tools of KM to design WBL system, can not merely construct a platform of accumulating, using, sharing, exchanging and innovating knowledge, and can construct one constructivism learning environment that studied in independently and collaborative, can also meet the individuals certain demand. There are five parts in this research: Part I: Foreword. Point out background, current situation, purpose, significance and main content of the research. Part II: Basic theories of KM. Talk about from essence, kinds, conversion and characteristics of knowledge, explain the intense, target, key, procedure, principle, tactics and technology of KM in detail. Part III: WBL and KM. Analyse the concept and characteristics of the WBL, studied the generality between WBL and KM, and expound the function that KM takes to WBL. Part IV: Designing WBL system. Under the guidance of constructivism and situated cognition and learning theory, analyse the situation of learning system, point out the strategies in designing WBL system with idea, technology and tools of KM, represent its logic structure, main function and key technology. Part V: Conclusions. Summarize the research, and point out the research contents in the future.
