Various types of educational websites or web based learning resources are built like the bamboo shoots after a spring rain. For adult, they bear heavy tasks, and they have to face the pressure of work that may grow each day. They can’t study at a fixed time or place as school students. Therefore, network learning has gradually become a mainstream learning style on-the-job.Many managers care about the learning and progress of staff very seriously, they put a lot of manpower and material resources on the construction of network learning platform to provide learning space and resources for staff.But there are many problems about the platform, and will be effect the network learning.
