Research And Design Of Personal Knowledge Management System Based On E-learning Environment

Along with the economical globalization and fast development of the high technology and new technology, our country enters a brand-new time. The network and the information technology are fully applied to each domain, which has brought each kind of opportunity and the challenge for the people. With The network education and information based society education put into practice, the learners are facing many questions. For example, how to enhance the efficiency of study on the internet, how to filter information trash and establish the network learning resources and so on, these questions make it necessary to carry out knowledge manage. The characteristic of the enrichment of information and convenience make it essential for the network education and E-learning under the environment to carry out personal knowledge manages. Personal knowledge management is the factor that makes E-learning succeed, raise personal information ability and innovation knowledge. Knowledge management, an idea born not a long before, is successfully applied in enterprises which provide reference for that of in education. Knowledge has become the most impartment resource for person. Personal knowledge management will widely take effect in web-based education and education technology. It will become a new factor of education technology. In this paper the author first discussed the origin, the necessity, the connotation and significance of personal knowledge management. And personal knowledge management's strategy and the concrete implementation method are discussed with emphasis. Furthermore we analyzed present situation of the personal knowledge management system. Finally personal knowledge management system based on the network is designed.
