with the high speed development of world volleyball's level and father taking of reformation process in China volleyball sports system.the volleyball competition markets in our country show powerful .the host and guest field league sets a primaty stage for the connection between our country's volleyball sport and that of the worldfor that, a investigation and study on coachs and players, young players, personnel affairs,mangment of the club,inner organization,funds and some main problems existing in clubs,and some countermeasures are given to help our man's volleyball team to achieve the decided aim.This writing investigates completely the man's professional volleyball with the 12 clubs, By using the method of literature and investigation, questionnaire, mathematics statistics method.and it analyzes some existing problems deeply and get following advices and conculsoins:1 through the investigation on our man's volleyball clubs,the writer believes our charging departments should do some macroscopic readjustment and control and make all-round and detailed policies.to solve the problems appeared in the investigating.with the high speed development of professional degree,we should pay more to tap and develop the latent volleyball market,do more advertising,enlarge the amount of people who play voileyball.in addition to that ,we should improve the young basic level should grasp correctly young players' physical,mental features in order to ensure high quality and high efficiency for providing young plays.2 At present, the problems exisiting our man's volleyball clubs are: behindhand ideas of training method, too less matches, illness of inner organization, behindhand ideas of running, lack of young players,low treatment and lack of communication between medias,which leads to a rough basic skill,not stable mentality and not ideal marks and so on.Suggestions: to make the set of club's organization healthy and adequate, and set up a market faced running police, to perfect the formation of club's composition and transfer to shares system and enterprise, to make the relation ship between producing and authority, and set up a management system that separates government and clubs.to set up multi-ways,multi-aspects system for young plays growing.to impose volleyball scientific study work and try to improve the degree of scientific training.to bring medias into play thoroughly and cooperate with medias.If so,the ability of self-running and self-developing can be strengthened,and can ameliorate the self-blood-make system, carry out the occupation of the volleyball club and the industry of the volleyball sport.
