The Construction Of Teacher Troops In Higher Education Institution Based On Incentive Theory

To be one important part of human resources in colleges and universities, the numbers and qualities of college teachers not only depends on the development level of colleges, but also becomes the keys of training higher education core competitiveness and gaining continuous competitive advantages in higher education institution. During the development of training higher education core competitiveness, the most important thing for college human resources management is how to design a set of scientific incentive system to take advantage of the college manpower resources and how to transfer college manpower capital to human property which can bring new social value into full play. Nowadays, one of the main reasons for college teachers working without all their energies, even one cause of the brain drain in colleges, is there is un-rational incentive system. As the reform of college administrative system in China, the main task for management of college manpower resources becomes how to design a set of scientific and reasonable incentive system so as to bring teachers' talents, activity and creativity into play.This article intends to analysis incentive theory, the development and management of human resources and then some weaknesses and drawbacks in construction of college teacher troops so as to disscuss the needs and motivator factors, incentive principles, incentive systems and the effective measures of incentive. This can help our college teachers work harder and integrate their individual goals with the goals of college developments.This article tries to apply incentive theory to the construction of college teacher troops in order to put forward some constructive advice on higher education and management. All this work will be of great significance both theoretically and practically in promoting the construction of the college teacher troops.
