The Question And Countermeasure Research Of Teachers Troops In College Of Higher P.E. In China

P.E. is an important indicator to measure a country's comprehensive national power. At the beginning of this century, China have a goal of building a all-around well-off society. P.E. is one of the sub-goals, charged with a sacred historic mission: Comprehensively improve physical fitness of Chinese people , Augmenting the sense of competition and spirit of cooperation and fairness, Make every effort to ensure the success of the Olympic Games in 2008. This requires a large amount of person with sports ability and creativity. And the cultivation of these people need physical education teachers. And training of teachers depend on advanced Physical Education. So College Physical Education teachers play a very important role. Teachers in college of Physical Education should study the law of education and abide by the law, in order to bring good theoretical knowledge to students; They should also study the laws of physical training, and follow the law, raise the competitive level of sports students; They should study the laws of subject development of physical education, and follow this pattern explore the direction of physical education. All of these goals require College teachers of PE to achieve.But at present, China's teachers of higher Physical Education can not meet the needs of cultivation of sport human resource. There are sill a large amount of system and personal quality obstacles impact effects of Physical Education. In this paper, we conducted a survey on college teachers troops of PE in Jilin province. By analyzing the findings of Jilin , we can conclude China's whole situation of teaching troops in higher physical Education college. Of course, because of the narrow scope of the investigation, the conclusion may not enough to find all problems. However, the authors believe that it is useful to tell what is the real situation ,and it will be helpful to find the solution.
