Study On Teacher's Resources Of The Higher Vocational College

In the process of our country towards modernization, the need of the people is also developing to diversified direction. We not only need the scientific style, also the practical style. That developing orientation production, construction, management and the service in the forefront and various aspects completely is just the task of the higher vocational education. The higher vocational education is an important part of the higher education. It has the characteristic of open, region, and it is with limitless developing ability. But the higher vocational education is still in the start pace in our country. In the composing of higher vocational college, it has quantity of school that formed from the original junior school. This kind of senior high vocational school college presented some problems in the process of development. Among them, the teachers troops construction is the most important problem. Based on this point, from various angles this article does an investigation about the basic condition of the teacher troops according to four schools in Huhhot. Through the fixed amount and qualitative analyzing, it finds out many problems existing in the senior higher vocational college, such as the unbalance in the educational background structure, lack of educational theory, the practicing ability and the occupation education theories training etc. On the basic of using the successful experiences of the higher vocational college in our country and abroad for reference and analyzing of the particular requests of the teacher resource, this article tries to list several strategies help to build the higher vocational school teachers'quality and develop higher vocational college completely.
