Research On Talent Incentive Strategy Of A Educational Institution Under The Background Of Big Data

The advent of the information age has brought a violent impact on the education and training industry.The most of the employees in the enterprise grew up in the era of Internet development,and their development needs in the enterprise have more marks that belong to the background of the Internet era.If the enterprise has no way to meet the development needs of these employees,it will not only keep the personnel turnover rate high,but also damage the overall business development and corporate image.A education and training institutions,as enterprises with regular development in the industry,also have some problems in employee incentive.By using the methods of literature analysis,interview and questionnaire survey.The data& information shows problems about A Education and Training Institution on the Strategy &method of the talent incentive system.In details,both motivating factor and hygienic factor shows big improving space,such as the salary and welfare system,the performance evaluation system,promotion,talent training,management and working environment etc.Based on the analysis of the existing incentive measures of A education and training organization,this paper synthesizes the strategic development needs,staff structure,personal interview,questionnaire survey and other aspects of A education and training organization,and finally obtains the problems of the current talent incentive strategy of A education and training organization.In view of the above problems and reasons,this paper puts forward the incentive optimization strategy of A education and training organization from the aspects of incentive concept.Besides,five security strategies for the Strategy & method of the talent incentive system are proposed,namely,establishing a talent incentive strategy implementation working group,creating a good corporate atmosphere,increasing investment in the company’s talents,paying attention to individual differences and unblocking communication channels,It is hoped that the above guarantee strategies can better optimize the talent training of a education and training institution.
