It is a requisition for basic education of era to develop students' intelligence, let students learn to studying, adapt to the society in future, form innovative consciousness and ability to solving problem that the society needs in the future. It is undoubtedly student's keys of learning study to know one's own cognitive course correctly and carry on effective control and regulation to it. Metacognitive ability plays an important role in students' self- regulation and control study. Metacognition refers to cognition about cognition, which is students' important composition of learning abilities, it plays a key role in the studying of students.Speaking from the essence, students' learning process is the course of solving the problem. Metacognitive ability is one of the key factors influencing the problem to solving, it is not merely influencing the whole course that student's problem solving and is influencing quality and efficiency of problem solving. So, in the chemical education at stage of compulsory education, teacher should train students' ability to solving the chemical, problem. In the course of teaching, teacher should take proper measure to raising students' metacognitive ability in solving chemical problem.For being able to raising effective tactics of training junior middle school students' metacognitive ability, this text is based on metacognition theory in cognitive psychology, on base of chemistry problem, through approaching of analytic documents interview, questioning, we study the current and influencing on metacognition of solving chemistry problem.Through studying, this text gets the following conclusion: (1)Junior middle school student's metacognitive ability of solvingchemical knowledge overall low, the monitoring, adjusting and controlling among them are on the low side;(2)Good, medium and bad students have very much remarkable difference metacognitive ability in chemical problem solving;(3)Student sex link remarkable differences in metacognitive ability in adjusting and controling degrees of solving chemical problem;(4)Learning motivation intensity of student, chemical school grade have certain influence on metacognitive ability to solving chemical problem.Whether on above-mentioned research foundation, this text put forward the strategies of raising students' metacogintive ability:(1)Training intelligence quality to students', which can excite student's metacognitive ability;(2)Helping students structure the knowledge system, which can promote students metacognitive ability;(3)Leading students to carry on the method to train, which can train students' metacognitive ability;(4)Instructing students how to appraise and study scientifically, which can develop students' metacognition ability.
