Geography comprehensive test is an important means to reflect and cultivate students' ability of solving geography problems, and plays an important role in geography evaluation. However, there are still many problems in the study of the problem of integrated geography, such as lack of theoretical support, less empirical research, inefficient training programs and so on. The research shows that metacognitive ability plays an important role in the process of solving the problem. The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between metacognitive ability and the level of comprehensive problem solving, and to find a way to improve students'Level of training strategies. This paper introduces the basic characteristics of metacognitive ability and geographical synthesis, and designs the questionnaire of metacognitive ability in comprehensive problem solving. It mainly introduces the design idea and the quality analysis of questionnaire. It is proved that the metacognitive ability and the comprehensive problem have a significant correlation between them, and they show a complex function relationship between the two, which shows that improving the metacognition ability can promote the students' The Development of Comprehensive Problem Solving. The paper also analyzes the development of students'metacognitive ability. At the end of the paper, the author puts forward the strategies of cultivating students'metacognitive ability:heuristic questioning list method and metacognitive strategy implicit training method. Through the use of these strategies, students can improve their metacognitive ability, and thus improve their level of problem solving. To achieve the goal of raising students'comprehensive problem solving level from the perspective of metacognitive factors.
