This research discussed the certain techniques about the supporting and leading in online learning. In my paper, It was entitled "Boundary less learning" for online self-directed learning with the techniques of supporting and leading.In the first chapter Preface, explained the purpose, background, content and scope of the study.In the second chapter Boundary less Learning, described the boundary less learning. Mainly, the conceptualization for "Boundary less Learning", discussed the characteristics of Boundary less Learning, the value and the importance of supporting and leading of "Boundary less Learning", in addition to some related problems.Next, in the third chapter Empirical Analysis for Boundary less Learning, analyzed the several kinds of learning phenomena on Internet, for instance, virtual learning organization/community or knowledge/learning community, furthermore, featured Boundary less Learning as a high flexible, complex and difficult to master and control activity.In the fourth chapter Theories and Techniques of Implementation for Supporting and Leading, firstly, in this part of my paper, introduced intelligent agent from Artificial Intelligence and web search engine and meta-search engine, and then studied the solutions that would improve learning efficiency through integrating intelligent agent and (meta) search engines.Finally, in the last chapter Intelligent Supporting and Leading System for Boundary less Learning, according to the conclusions induced from the previous several chapters, designed the whole architecture, especially for the hardcore in my study, which was the implementation of intelligent supporting and leading, including its design schemes and algorithms.
