The development of China's "Internet + Education" is like a breakthrough,breaking through time and space and geographical restrictions,providing new ideas in achieving educational equity and solving educational imbalances.At the same time,online courses such as MOOC have been widely used in universities in recent years,online courses.During the operation,it was found that there was a low level of participation of learners as a whole,and learning activities were easily interfered by many factors,such as lack of effective communication between teachers and students and students,and poor participation in learning.In view of the above problems,this study takes learning participation theory,behavioral science theory and humanistic learning theory as the theoretical basis,and analyzes the research status of online learning participation at home and abroad,and how to improve online learning participation as the core issue of research.Using the literature research method,case study method and investigation research method to carry out research,taking the online learning part of the "Education Informationization Policy Interpretation" course as an example,taking the log records of 53 learners in the Moodle platform as the data source,through the network Learning behavior and online learning participation classification and relationship,online learning participation evaluation to present learners' participation,research on learning characteristics and influencing factors of research results,and propose online student participation promotion strategy And verified in the actual teaching.The results of the study show that online learners participate in the learning process and show positive positive behavioral characteristics such as sufficient learning motivation,stable learning attitude and good overall learning ability,as well as less resources,less discussion,and unclear emotional input.Negative behavioral characteristics such as weak willpower.At the same time,the learner's online learning process will also be influenced by individual characteristics,learning content,interaction quality,curriculum teachers,platform mechanisms and other factors.Based on the above analysis,this study proposes individual interaction strategy,self-management strategy,guidance strategy,reflection strategy,feedback strategy,guidance strategy,model strategy,and symbol from the three dimensions of behavior participation,cognitive participation and emotional participation.Ten strategies,such as communication strategy,diversification strategy,and modular strategy,constitute a strategic system to enhance the participation of online learners.After implementation,it is found that the strategy system is feasible and effective in improving the participation of online learners,ensuring the continuity and effectiveness of students' learning and promoting learning effectiveness.
