The Development Of Women's Value View And The Brewing Of Feminist Right Thoughts In Classical Poetry Chosen In The Testbooks For Middle School Students

The female image that the classical poetry chosen in the textbooks for middle school students refers to has included most of the ones in Chinese Classical Literature, which is a general show and collection of the female image and also a summary of the female history. Today, in the new history, women are again faced with lots of new social problems and new living embarrassment. Therefore their growth needs an example to guide them, namely, they need to look for an example in history to help them to find a position that suits their self-value and rights. This is a subject that the whole society should focus on.Women had experienced their glory and brilliantness in a time when wives were supervior to husbands. The stories of "Nvwa Mending the Heavens" and "Jingwei Filling the Sea"are the real reflection that women took the whole world as their own duty and that they wanted to rely on themselves and improve themselves. However, the change of the production way also changed the female social position. Under the rule of the feudal ideas, such as "Men are Superior to Women" and "the Three Obediences and the Four Virtues" and so on, women gradually slipped down the lowest class of the society, where they lost their personality and dignity, so it was with their self-image, their soul and their ideas. And therefore they became theweak group of the society——unimportant persons, and they even became thesubjects that were beaten and abused, and they were even bought and sold freely as some objects. As a result, there was too much sadness and complaint in their heart.One day, some of them came to awaken and escaped from the man-centred system, Chang E is one of them. But after all, the spiritual chains that they were burdened with were too heavy, they had no choice but to escape silently, which only gave a sad sign to the society that ate people. Women still dragged away on the way that was directed by men, walking slowly and silently, thking, and looking for whatthey wanted.Where there is greater oppression, there is stronger resistence; where there is persistent fighting, there is the thorough growth. All kinds of the rebellious women's images poured in the literature, such as Huamulan, Liu Lanzhi, Dou E, Du Shiniang, Lin Daiyu, Qing Wen, Yuan Yang and so forth, which showed that the view of the oppressed Women's value and the feminist right awareness were brewing, stirring, germinating and growing. But the long-time habit was deeply rooted in the women's heart after all, what's more, they couldn't clearly and exactly know who they were, and therefore most of them lost their way when they met great reform of the society. The Images of fighting women in the literature broke away from the reality and the main trend of thought tended to taking wrong actions in order to look for the happiness about clothing, food, housing and so on, and therefore the women's problems remaind serious social problems. This paper is based on the theoretical support of the combination of the western feminist theory with the Chinese people's spirit, and explores the mental process of the Chinese wemen's awakening and their rising. Meanwhile, this article also aims at examining their new confusion and puzzling the new social situations, and it also aims at making a new exploration to the new development of the view of the women's value and the feminist right awareness, and at last finds a central topic about the feminist main construction, that is, self-esteem, self-love, self-confidence, self-independence and self-improvement.In the man-governing society, women were always sad, puzzled and resistant and they were in an awkward situation all the time, where they were both inflexibile and puzzled; they were sometimes successful and sometimes they failed. On the aimless way, they had never changed their original ideas and were persistently seeking their self-value and rights. In this way they wrote down their experience to the world and their feeling to their own life.
