Teacher professionalization has been fully discussed in theories and practices of teaching. As a special group, female teachers are regarded as "workers with no feature of sex". Therefore, the researcher reconstructs and comments on the standards of teacher professionalization, educational reforms in different countries, and the current situation of teacher professionalization in China from the view of western feminism. With a question that whether female teachers should be treated differently or not, the researcher explores the common features of outstanding female teachers, and focuses on the exposure and hidings of their feminism from the aspects of films and reality. The clues of analysis in this paper have two dimensions-films and reality: on the one hand, the researcher reinterprets and analyzes the ideal character of female teachers in selected films. By analyzing the scripts of three films, "Rural Female Teacher" (ex Soviet Union), "Mona Lisa's Smile" (US), "Happy Feet" (China), the researcher finds three different classic female teachers. The first one, Walnawa, is the professional idol who devotes her whole life to basic education for ex Soviet Union; the second one is Ms. Watson with a unique personality, who advocates that her students should be open minded; the third one is a tough, lovely, persistent angel, Zhang Meili. From the above analysis, the researcher concludes the sex dimension should be addressed when talking about teacher professionalization. On the other hand, the researcher selects some female teacher's samples from our real life, such as: "No real education without love"—Huo Maozheng, and "Running tides"—Li Jilin. After that, the paper gives a brief introduction of teacher professionalization with the feature of "No sex", which contains the concepts and standards of teacher professionalization, the educational reforms in different countries and the current situation of teachers' specialization in China; then the researcher interprets and compares with eachers' specialization from the feminism view: the objection of "male-dominating" from western feminism (conflicts between careers and families, between female careers and specialized careers, between working women and raising children) and the teacher professionalization of fminist pedagogy (emphasizing on teachers' personal lives, promoting caring and stressing non-rationalism).The paper concludes that western feminism is closely linked to their environments, and the national situation should be taken into consideration when introducing and implementing such theories. The ultimate goal of the study of feminism in China is equality and harmony. Although there is little room for female teachers by now,but the researcher is filled with hopes for the future.
