The Study On Weak Groups Among Female College Students

Around weak social groups, this paper discusses the connation and characteristics possessed by weak social groups and defines the concept of the weak group among female college students: from the aspect of sociology, it refers to the female college students who, compared with male college students, are in a unbeneficial or relatively worse situation in social position, right and benefit realization, competitive power, income and so on because of society, education, physiology, etc. In a certain sense, weak groups among female college students is a relative concept, which is compared to male students and has the characteristics of universality, multiplicity, relativity, transferability, etc.By using documental research, case research, survey and interview and some other sociological, educational or psychological methods, The case of Hunan Shaoyang University, it has pointed out female students' weaknesses in growing up to be useful, psychology and employment; analyzed the causes from 7 aspects as traditional prejudice, educational unfairness in colleges, deficiency in educational methods, incompleteness of social right guarantee systems, insufficient employment, role error; raised to cultivating female "4-self" quality through strengthening ideology education and reinforcing psychological guidance; proposed advanced sexual culture education, broadening employment guidance, completing education system, etc. to improve the weak situation of the weak group among female college students. The paper aims to cause social attention to the weak group among female college students, promote the further completeness of the guarantee system for female college students, and is the implementation of realizing educational goals.
