Research On Implementation Of "Farmer College Student Training Plan" In Shaoyang Radio And TV University

With the continuous improvement of the national attention to the three rural issues and the gradual promotion of the construction of new socialist countryside,it has become the consensus of the education department and the social from all walks of life,that to cultivate a batch of talents for ountryside,with reliable,useful,well-educated,skilled,knowing management,having enough theoretical level and ability of rural practical.The program of cultivating rural college students is a new type of rural open education project which is based on this purpose.The project has been implemented for nearly two years,and has made great achievements,and it also reflects some problems.Firstly,the definition of farmers,farmers cultivating college students concept of education plan,theory and public management theories;secondly,culture history,characteristics and basic experience of comprehensive analysis and summary of Shaoyang TV university students the basic status of farmers,farmers in the cultivation of university students' understanding of Shaoyang TV University;thirdly,through the analysis of questionnaire survey and data,using quantitative and qualitative methods of analysis and argumentation,the existing problems and reasons of Shaoyang RTVU farmers cultivation of college students,and analyzes the corresponding reasons according to these problems;finally on how to improve the farmer college students training plan "puts forward the reasonable countermeasures.The research indicates that the issue of Shaoyang TV university students are lack of teaching facilities for farmers,curriculum,teachers are weak attraction,which led to the problem are the lack of funds,the imperfect training system,students concept deviation and other reasons,problems and reasons based on the above,from the three dimensions of the government,schools and students,put forward the corresponding measures,can effectively improve the peasant college students training program in teaching quality and learning efficiency,and promote the development of the plan.
