From plateau to plain, the body's function of track and field athletics needs to readjust to new surroundings. For they are used to low air pressure, low-level oxygen surrounding, athletics often feel uncomfortable, such as "low plain reflection" whose symptoms are tiredness, doze, chest choke, dizziness, and diarrhea, together with low Hb, slow heart rate, etc. These symptoms have some effect on their body's function. In addition, the problems such as how to affect athletics, how to arrange proper schedule are paid more attention by plateau coaches. Accordingly, by observing eight young plateau athletics' psychological and biological norms from plateau to plain, the author intends to explore the relation between the change of norm and athletics' ability. Thus the research can offer theoretic basis for arranging the reasonable timetable. In the experiments, using time and order observation methods and adopting normal standard equipment, the author investigates the norm of body's function in plateau training and in plain competition. The experiments can show the following:(1) Track and field plateau athletics' heart rate tends to wave with the intensity of training in plateau and plain. That is, the heart rate in plain is lower than that in plateau, which hints that the plain surrounding can do some good to athletics.(2) In plateau training and plain competition, athletics' blood pressure intends to change with the intensity of training but the degree of change is not large. During the plain competition, athletics' diastolic pressure generally falls but in a low level. Systolic pressure obviously falls but later than diastolic pressure. When the competition ends, it can get to the lowest point. Pulse pressure inclines to change in a stable level. The above imply that plateau athletics has a strong function of heart. After six-stay in plain, the function of heart begins to decrease because of the rich oxygen surrounding.(3) The norm of routine blood changes a little, so do HCT and RBC. Hb increases a lot. These norms imply that increasing input oxygen ability depends on the synthesis of Hb. Hb decreases a lot at the beginning of plain training, but RBC and HCT change in a low level. These changes of norm show that the rich oxygen surrounding in the plain can control the synthesis of Hb. After seven-day competition in plain, the decreasing trend of Hb and HCT will keep in the same trend but platelet and its parameter hardly change in plateau training. In the initial period of staying in plain, PLTraises a lot, but PD decreases. The above imply that after seven-day plain competition, PLT continues to rise up, and PD goes on shrinking, which results from exposing to the rich oxygen surrounding.(4) The norm of BC immunity seldom changes during plateau training, which indicates that the plateau training has a little effect on the system of BC immunity. On the first day in plain, each norm raises a little, and the percent of NEUT increases. Their changes are similar to the norms in plateau. Seven days later, the norm continues to rise, which is caused by the wet weather.(5) The norm of body fluid doesn't change greatly during plateau training, which implies that the plateau training influences a little on the athletics' body fluid. However, on the first day, the immunity if body fluid falls a little, especially IgG, which is caused by large amount of consumption of immunity protein. After seven- day competition in plain, the immunity norm of BC begins to fall again, but the immunity norm of body fluid starts to rise up, which tells us that staying in rich oxygen surrounding helps body fluid to recover, and the body is gradually used to the surrounding.(6) The norm of serum hormone during plateau training has no great change, which means that the plateau training can hardly influence the norm of serum hormone. However, on the first day in pain, C obviously falls, and the ratio of T and CK clearly increases, which is caused by low consumption of body. Meanwhile, the synthesis of protein is at high speed, but the decomposition o...
