Objective: to study the red Chinese wolfberry juice added 100% during altitude training on the plateau training middle-distance race athletes after blood lactic acid,serum creatine kinase,blood urea,the main body sensory exercise intensity(RPE)effect,analysis the complementary red Chinese wolfberry juice during altitude training of athletes fatigue,hypoxia,promote the recovery and improve sports ability.In order to apply the red medlar juice as a nutritional supplement in the plateau training of middle and long distance runners,and to provide a reference for the supplement in the plateau training.Methods: in this study,the indexes of blood lactic acid,serum creatine kinase,blood urea and the grade value of the subjective perceived exercise intensity scale of middle-distance runners in plateau training were taken as the research objects.According to the body weight,height,body mass index(BMI)of plain athletes and the matching principle of athletes' age and exercise level,the subjects were divided into the experimental group and the control group(all male athletes),including 10 in the experimental group and 8 in the control group.Blood lactic acid was monitored immediately after 1.2km training at the beginning,middle and end of the 30-day plateau training period.The blood lactic acid of the athletes was analyzed with the American YSI2300 lactic acid analyzer.On two groups of athletes during altitude training in the early,middle,end of the training class of serum creatine kinase and blood urea index to monitor the training class,with German EPPENDORF ECOM-F6124 semi-automatic biochemical analyzer,use of domestic raw Bei Kong creatine kinase,urea kits respectively to analyze the athletes during the serum creatine kinase and blood urea index;The subjective sensory exercise intensity scale(RPE)was used to monitor the subjective sensory exercise intensity(RPE)of the two groups of athletes every night during the plateau training.Results: 1.Compared with the BLA values of the control group,BLA values of both the experimental group and the control group showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing,with a decreasing rate of 17.1% in the experimental group and 7.5%in the control group,and the decreasing rate in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group.2.Compared with the CK values in the control group,CK values in the experimental group first increased and then decreased,while CK values in the control group continued to increase.The decrease rate of CK values in the experimental group was6%,and the increase rate of CK values in the control group was 42.1%.3.Compared with the control group,BUN values in the experimental group were first increased and then decreased,and BUN values in the control group were continuously increased.The decrease rate in the experimental group was 10.3%,and the increase rate in the control group was 28.1%.4.Comparing the RPE value of the experimental group with that of the control group,the RPE value of the experimental group and the control group showed an increasing trend,with an increase of 6% in the experimental group and 7.3% in the control group,and the increase in the control group was greater than that in the experimental group.Conclusion: the experimental results show that middle-distance race athletes added Chinese wolfberry juice during altitude training,not only improve the athletes mixed lactic acid resistant ability of oxygen metabolism,and reduce the high strength and large load training after the blood serum creatine kinase and the production of urea,and improve the athletes fatigue to psychological feeling,promote recovery of fatigue and the plateau low oxygen environment has a positive role in such aspects as adaptability.It suggests that red medlar juice has the effects of anti-fatigue,anti-hypoxia,promoting body recovery and improving sports ability,and can be used as a nutritional supplement for middle-distance runners during plateau training.
