The Research On Village Teachers' Adaptation To Curriculum Reform In Henan Province

In the face of vigorous world competition,the Chinese foundation education brings about to the reform wave with curriculum for the core. Accompany with the overall implement of the curriculum reform,as the village education of Henan Province acquired the precious development opportunity, it faces various difficulties, particularly it relats to the success or failure of the village foundation education reform whether the teachers'character adapts the curriculum reform or not.Facing the challenge, everyone who concerns and supports the village education try to inquiry into the proplems that exits in the curriculum reform of village foundation education.With the method of substantiate research, the author investigated the village teachers in the two experiment area of Henan Province. Summarized the pleasing change that they made and the main problems that existed at present,analyzed the reason ,and try to offer the resolution of problems. This essay is divided into three parts together. The first part is mainly about the analysis of the teachers and the problem relation to curriculum reform.
