Talented person gradually becomes the key factor that supervises the healthy development of the politics,economy,cultural etc,be called the most precious resources of 21 centuries.The education in China develop the talented person's traditional mode to is just face by rigorous challenge. In the face of vigorous world competition,the Chinese foundation education brings about to the reform wave with curriculum for the core. Accompany with the overall implement of the curriculum reform,as the village education of Henan Province acquired the precious development opportunity, it faces various difficulties, particularly it relats to the success or failure of the village foundation education reform whether the teachers'character adapts the curriculum reform or not.Facing the challenge, everyone who concerns and supports the village education try to inquiry into the proplems that exits in the curriculum reform of village foundation education.With the method of substantiate research, the author investigated the village teachers in the two experiment area of Henan Province. Summarized the pleasing change that they made and the main problems that existed at present,analyzed the reason ,and try to offer the resolution of problems. This essay is divided into three parts together. The first part is mainly about the analysis of the teachers and the problem relation to curriculum reform. Firstly, the essay studies the meaning and classifications of the adaptation, defines simply the meaning of teachers'adaptation and teachers' adaptation to curriculum reform, and then, inquires into the position of curriculum implement in curriculum reform and the function of the teachers in curriculum implement, in the end, analyzes the factors that the teachers effect the result ofcurriculum implement.This essay thinks that the curriculum reform is a system project, the curriculum implement is the key process ,and the teacher is very important in the curriculum implement , after analyzing their effect on curriculum implement result from the values mindset and attitude to curriculum implement of teachers', the work ability,communication and introspection of teachers', the essay thinks It is the premise of pushing the curriculum reform teachers'adaptation to curriculum reform, The second part is mainly about the analysis of investigation data.The essay analyzes the development condition of Henan foundation education first, then,tidies up and analyzes the data of investigation and interview.The essay thinks that because of long-term devotion shortage of the software and the hardware facilities construction ,the village education of Henan prepairs for the challenge of curriculum reform insufficiently.According to the analysis of the investigation data, It relatively completely hold the variety and existent problem of the village teacher of Henan in the curriculum reform . The third part is mainly about the summary and reason of the problem reflecting in the investigation,and try to find the way to the problems. The essay thinks various factors ,such as the low professional level of village teacher,the outdated management system of the school etc,result in the unadapated situation. Finally, the essay puts forward six pieces of advice that would enforce the village teachers'adatation ability to the curriculum reform: Set up the new system of the village teacher's continuing education,establish the management system adapating the village curriculum reform,establish finance devotion system of village education mainly relying on the central and the provinces,set up the development view of the life study,push the training and research based on school With the curriculum development based on school.
