The reform of the Maths subject has been performed in the experimental area, which inevitably faces some difficulties. Our teachers should treat past teaching tradition of the Maths in a right way and cope with the relationship between the merits and shortcomings of the past teaching style. We should selectively inherit merits and get rid of the dregs. Only like this can we form our own way which will meet the requirements of the new era.Facing the reform, our teachers should renew our opinion, rerealize some basic matters such as education, Maths study and Maths teaching, and rechange our role through the study of the new subject theory and teaching case concerned. Teachers should put the theory into effect. For example, teachers can change teaching behavior according to some teaching processes such as exchange, evaluation, make students feel Maths, creat Maths and learn Maths well gradually in the class, and make them not only learn Maths but also learn how to think and even learn how to be a useful person.Undoubtedly, this reform will face many difficulties and need a long time to be carried out well. Therefore, it needs our teachers' continous efforts and exploration. Only in this way, the reform of the Maths subject can be promoted and have a bright future.
