New Curriculum Reform. The reform of elementary education is the foremost task and the reform of high school education is the following task. The aims and tasks of the high school education are to make it transferred from elite education which transports qualified students to universities and colleges to the mass education which fully improves the people's quality. Since we are high school teachers, how to adapt to the needs of new curriculum reform, how to grasp the lifeline of new curriculum reform and how to regulate education and teaching behaviors are the needs of the society and the country and the keys to succeed.Based on the introduction, analysis and thoughts on the education behaviors of an excellent high school teacher who makes great efforts to carry out new curriculum reform, this paper summarizes the successful experience, analyses the failure lessons, and then systematically probes into high school teachers'efficient education behaviors under the circumstances of new curriculum reform.Beginning with the introducing of the situation of Chinese new curriculum reform, the part illustrates the background of this study and demonstrates that new curriculum reform is the need of social development, and clarifies the urgency of new curriculum reform in high school.This introduction has four parts. Part one explores the thoughts of new curriculum reform, introducing the three main principles of it. Then this part explains the request of high school students and teachers'training aims. Part two analyzes the current educational situation. Any successes of reform are related to the correct understanding of the reality. Part three summaries the strategies of teachers'educational behaviors by empirical research. First, teachers should regulate the understanding, improve ourselves and get ready for new curriculum reform. An excellent teacher should be a combination of study, creation and research and have three qualities, that is, cultural quality, professional knowledge and career pursuit. Second, teacher needs to continuously introspect themselves and pays attention to the educational details. Teachers must set up the overall concepts, pay attention to student's future in the long term and carry out our education activities that benefit students in the long run. At last, teachers should foster students'ability of self-management. Through the duty week of student head teachers, we foster qualified class cadres and make self-management return to the essence of education by the way of writing to them. From the perspective of"Keep Pace with the Times", we review our teaching concepts and regulate and change our teaching behaviors according to the demands of new curriculum, in order to combine fostering with study.
