Study On Improving The Cultural Environment On College Campus With The Internet Easily Accessed

College campus culture, part of the whole community culture, can be understood in the broad sense or the narrow sense. It is what this paper studies, taking into consideration both of the senses, with the focus on its spiritual elements. This paper first considers the characteristics of the widely used Internet and the goal of college education, followed by an analysis of the impact that the Internet has on campus culture where students are the main body, and then the significance of improving today' s campus culture with the Internet playing a big role. On the basis of the this study, the author proposes ways to further improve the campus cultural environment, contributing to the development of campus cultural construction theory and practice. There are four sections in this paper.The first section deals with the changes on campus brought about by the Internet. It defines campus culture and the Internet, addresses their respective characteristics and functions, and then presents the changes.The second section discusses the significance of improving campus cultural environment with the Internet playing a big role and the requirements of doing so, aiming to emphasizing the importance of this work in educating students both academically and morally, thus drawing more public attention to it.The third section presents the current situation of campus cultural construction. The achievements are fully recognized, but the problems involved and their causes are seriously discussed, so as to facilitate the necessary construction of campus culture.The fourth section, the most important part of this paper, proposes ways to improve campus cultural environment in terms of notions, mechanism, environment and measures.
