Education modernization is the inexorable demands of the development of economy and society. Also it is a sign of the development of the civilization of our human beings and a inevitable trend of the development of moden education. One important sign of the education modernization is how information is being used in education. Today, with the rapid development of information technology and the growing maturity of the network technology and multimedia technology, network teaching has become an obvious feature of modern. Network teaching stands for the direction of the development of modern teaching is a new type of leaching model. By using the network technology, with the help of the multimedias, it collects, transmits, processes and shares the teaching information so as to achieve the teaching goals of modern education.Network teaching is conducive to the promotion of the staff. Both teachers and students will have to grasp the basic knowledge of computer and know how to operate it. It just meets the demands of the last century, which is a world based on network information. Besides, it will also spur the construction of teaching resources and teaching environment, and in this way, teaching process will be thoroughly changed, so will the teaching thoughts, ideas and theories.To utilize the advantages of network teaching to improve the teaching quality and efficiency in a highlyqualificd senior middle school, the thesis will be demonstrated in five steps as follows: (1) The history and the situation of the development of the education information in middle schools of our country. (2)Thc standard of the evaluation of a senior middle school and the cultivating goal of a highly-qualified senior middle school by the educationaladministration. (3) The comparison between network teaching and traditional class. (4) The formation of exploring study, researching study and the organization of learning resource. (5) Management and evaluation of network teaching.
