A Study On The Mental Health Problems Of Excellent Students In A Urban Highly Qualified Middle School And Its Solutions

Recently, the studies on the students'mental health are many. But to excellent students in highly qualified middle school, most work were done by the teachers working in the middle school. And many investigators usually use theories and technologies of the psychology in this field. This study wants to investigate the excellent students'mental health condition in the middle school attached to northeast normal university. After collecting the data, I want to find the reasons of these problems, further more, give my strategies and suggests from a especial point of view----educational visual angle.The methods of this study are of literature and survey. By referring to the information of the excellent student, I conclude the background, concepts and the most important factors of the excellent students'mental health studies. And then make an questionnaire, choose four classes in grade two of the middle school attached to northeast normal university. In the end, I callback one hundred and fifty valid questionnaires, one hundred of them are motived.From the data, we find the resistant of the frustration to excellent students in the middle school attached to northeast normal university looks good in the mass except some specifically things; these students may usually anxious, feel sad, even may do some things for those reasons; and they are obviously sensitive. They also affiliate with classmates, teachers and family members well, except some teachers'inhospitality and family authority.The reasons may be: the excellent students'mental quality is not very high; Chinese basic education hanker utilitarianism; the country ignores school mental health education; school mental health education does not have enough assistant from family education and social education; teachers'quality also need to improve.Last, on this study I give five strategies and suggests in this field, they are: basic education aims must be implemented----cultivate all-round developing persons; developing and perfecting school mental health education; unfolding flourish self-education; informal education as a special force support mental health education; requiring more professional knowledge and skills for being a teacher. And frank atmosphere, relaxing environment is also good for the middle school students'mental health.
