Education in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan is the essential part of China Education System. For historical and actual reasons, they all have the characteristic of "sino-west combination" as well as their own features, especially in education management. Through the method of comparison, the author analyses the similarities and differences of education management in these three districts. And then, concludes the apocalypse for the reforms of China Education Management.In chapter 1, the author gives the concept and signification of Education Management, then introduces the general information of Education Management in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. In Hong Kong, the government values education-input highly, initiates education-reform positively, and promote diversified progress of school system availably. Meanwhile, consulting and the legal organization plays an important role in education management. In Macao, the government pays more attention to education than before, and builds a sound education system. In addition to this, the government promotes common development of public and private schools. In Taiwan, the government emphasizes the law regulation in education management and also builds an effective evaluation mechanism.In chapter 2, the author induces the similarities of Education Management in three districts. They're as follows: thick colony color, enhanced macro management, changing education policy with economic development, quickly legalizing education management, diversified progress of school system, continuously building supervisition and evaluation mechanism, and they all begin to reinforce the cooperation with mainland education.In chapter 3, from the organization, laws, expense input and system of Education Management, the author analyses the differences of Education Management in three districts. And then, the author takes Higher Education Management in three districts for example.In chapter 4, the author concludes the successful experience of education management in three districts from four aspects: education and economics, school host and expense input, professional education and human resource, society participation and scientific management. But the author also finds that education management of these districts still exists some shortcomings. Finally, the author concludes the apocalypse for the management of China education.
