Today, corporations are surrounded with world-wide competition, violent change, information and high-tech. How to survive in this surrounding? The key is to exploit the human resources. Education and training are the most effective means of the exploitation of the human resources. For the Chinese corporations, the competition, which is more drastic than before, is following with the entering the WTO, which gives not only opportunity but challenge. It is an imminent and full of challenge problem to be resolved to how to reach to the targets of durative and steady growing in this ceaseless variation. Beyond all doubt, any measures must be implemented by the excellent persons. So how to improve the effect of the investment on the human resources and how to put the effective train evaluation in practice are becoming one of the stress tasks and pivotal functions of the management and exploitation of the human resources. In this paper, a summarization on the training framework of corporation is at first. Then, an in-depth analysis on training evaluation is put up to summarize the popular technique and methods. Moreover, a design of train evaluation is proposed which is based on the Kirkatrick four-level model and the principle of cost-income. Finally, an in-depth analysis and evaluation of training case is carried out, which is based on an insurance company's practical framework.
