Continuously along with the social division of labor refinement and fusion of staff sports is not only by place unit organize and conduct sports activities should be included in the rest of the time take the initiative to participate in sports activities. From two aspects of self-interest and altruism, at any time in the staff to participate in sports activity self-interest is first stay healthy, enjoyable, and increasing social; Altruistic aspects have the joyful body and mind and body in the work for to improve the work efficiency of the workers to improve team cohesion and centripetal force.This paper is mainly aimed at taiping insurance developing circumstance of hunan branch staff sports questionnaire survey, a total of 100 questionnaires, 98 taken back. Through investigation to taiping insurance hunan branch staff sports as well as to the taiping insurance hunan branch, head of the union and participate in the employee’s interview was analyzed and the conclusion can be draw the following conclusions:(1) higher cognitive degree of taking part in physical exercise but there is a physical exercise cognition and actual physical fitness activities, there is still a gap between.(2) from the perspective of a select projects mainly small ball games, this is mainly influenced by individual sports preferences.(3) the taiping insurance hunan branch staff sports has a sound organizational structure, mainly by the branch unions always responsible, through various forms provides employees with plenty of sports resources, physical exercise can be more selective, sports venues choose variety, specially for the staff sports.(4) the taiping insurance hunan branch formed yoga group, table tennis team, badminton team, running group, etc. But at present the team exercise in terms of durability and technical guidance, the union for the staff sports to carry out the supervision is not strong enough.(5) the company although well-funded but employees lack of persistent exercise habits, employees to participate in activities or spontaneous insist on physical exercise is intermittent, within the industry has yet to establish a sports mass organizations, lack of professional sports knowledge background both insurance knowledge and knowledge of the inter-disciplinary talent, so there is an urgent need for the excavation of the inter-disciplinary talent to effectively supervise and promote the development of sports.
