With the development of the word,there is a pressing need for educators to conduct creative education to go with the continuing education innovation and quality-oriented education. Accordingly,our society calls for change of educators' concepts and innovation in personnel training to inspire students to think independently and cultivate their creative ability. And one of the efficient ways to do the work is to bring in reflection teaching in our mathermatics teahing. In this article ,you will read the following: 1 reasons for popularity of reflection teaching;2,the significance of reflection teaching;3,theoretical base of reflection teaching;4, ways to carry out reflection teaching;5,reflection on reflection teaching.Among these points, ways of carrying out reflection teaching is the focus of the research.There are some specific ways,including:(l), students'reflection on mathermatics teahing;(2),teachers' reflection on mathermatics teahing;(3),case study.lt will prove to beneficial for the development of both teachers'specialization,the enhancement of students'learning ability and the life long development of both teachers and students to introduce reflection teaching to mathermatics teahing in middle schools.
