The 21st century has witnessed the coexistence and complementation between Eastern and Western cultures.With such high-speed exchanges,more and more scholars have been concerned about the inheritance and development of national culture.Certainly,the teaching part of national culture in children's art education is getting more and more attention from people.However,the author find that there are still many puzzles and problems in traditional Chinese painting,a part of children's art education in China through long-term teaching practice,multi-directional analysis and investigation.Hoping to better understand the natures of China's inherent cultural attribute and western cultural attribute under the difference of cognition from the perspective of the neglected watching and cognition,this paper makes a comparative study.Only when we really understand the differences in the way of viewing Chinese and Western paintings,we can better to grasp the essence of painting and art,so as to search for the origin of art,the cognition of ourselves,and understand better about how can we conduct and teach children in the circumstances of global chance and local concerning.Of course,the existence of this kind of problem is not happened overnight,it can not be immediately solved,so the author hopes that more art workers and art education workers could be aware of this issue and take their own concerning through the discussion of this paper and this research.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly puts forward the confusion: by analyzing the current situation of traditional Chinese painting,a part of children's art education in China,the author finds the fault and neglect of Chinese and western views and cognitions in the aspect of children's art education.The second chapter hackles the history of Chinese and western children's art education under different cultural attributes.The third chapter makes a more systematic understanding of the cultural attribute differences between the two modes of views and cognitions by comparing the studies of Chinese and western modes..Only by understanding the history,can we better grasp the present situation and create the future.The fourth chapter reflects on the development path of China's children's art education,so as to really establish a teaching concept of cultural confidence and cultural belongingness.
