Since mankind entered the 21st century, knowledge has become the most important factor of social development. People's sense of ideas, thinking quality and learning methods are changing gradually. The tendency of social development requires that the education of mathematics should turn from traditional mechanical knowledge teaching which takes teachers to center and takes teaching materials as clues to capacity training towards future which takes students to center and takes problem resolving as direction, and then lead students to learn cognition, advocate cooperation, improve and perfect personality and lay a foundation for the all-round development of students.A new reform of basic education course is just unfolding. The transformation of learning methods is the most important of all. The practice of students' learning methods is greatly determined by the mode of classroom teaching. The transformation of classroom teaching mode is the concrete expression. With the gradual enforcement of the new course standards of high school mathematics and the increasingly deepening of the experiment of the new teaching materials, the emergence of a matching classroom teaching mode is called for. To some extent, the true meaning of classroom teaching reform is on the reform of traditional teaching mode and the sustained pursuit of modern teaching mode.Constructivism is a further development of behaviorism after cognitivism. Its core is that knowledge is not accepted passively, but constructed actively by the subject of cognition. The learning notion of constructivism adequately affirms students' subject status and validates the importance of the initiative, sociality, circumstancity and significant construction in learning; cooperative learning is the basic strategy of the classroom teaching. Its main character is multilateral interaction. It helps students achieve the learning target by training their consciousness and spirit of cooperation, and develop students' multiintelligence in the course of cooperative learning. Cooperative construction classroom teaching mode aims at absorbing the quintessence of the two theories, integrating the dominant roles of the two, and establishing an open, infiltrative and actively multilateral interactive learning method.Cooperative constructivism classroom teaching mode constructs its core through open-lines problems solving, principal-lines thinking ability training, and red-lines character development. And through the practice of three modules: context introduction, problem solving and target estimation, it takes group learning community as the main activity form, and produces a modern teaching mode as well as its teaching principle and teaching practice strategy which aims at improving the firmly sicknesses and limitations of traditional classroom teaching. And after the teaching practice of almost a year, after tentative tests and demonstrations, I drew the following conclusion:It can improve students' mathematics learning and increase their scores of studies over large areas to carry out the cooperative constructivism classroom teaching mode in high school mathematics teaching; it can arouse students' learning interests and multi-intelligence, strengthen students' ability to discover problems, analyze and solve them; and can improve students' consciousness of cooperation and communicative ability in mathematics learning, promote the improvement and perfection of students' character.
