September 2004 begins to take the new round of physical course reform of high school education,whose concept is to raise the scientific attainment of high school students all-sidedly.This is a very serious maj or event with strategic meanings,and it involvesthe raining problem of talent,new generation'S quality,especially the scientificattainment of all citizen,concerning the future and prosperousness of our country.So,what scientific attainment we should give high schooler after all and how to realize thisgoal that raises the students'scientific attainment in the physical course of high schoolhave become what all the physical teachers must face with. This paper gives the exact definition of the phrase"scientific attainment"from the aspects such as,standard,content,the relation of scientific attainment and scientificquality.It has expounded raising students'scientific attainment as the physical coursegoal of high school,suggesting that it is crucial that the physical CourSe of high schoolwill realize he idea and goal that raises students'scientific attainment.So,I say,changingthe thought of the eacher and student is the most important;changing the teaching andlearning way is the method;changing the appraisement way is the guarantee.Teachers willrealize 4 changes: eaching goal should change,from a dimension to three-dimensional;physical knowledge is he carrier and foundation that raises scientific attainment;teachersshould be students'learning campaign promoter;teacher should found knowledge structureagain.Student will realize 3 changes:study goal should change from knowledge study toraising the learning ability;study state should change from awkwardness acceptation toprobing study initiatively; study content should focus on the relation of physics,technology and society.Physical teaching should adopt the teaching way of probing teachingmethods;physical experiment will run through the physical new course teaching of high schoolall along;physics practice should combine physics history education with physical coursestudy together.We urge to advocate that learning way is diversified and appraisement wayis diversity.Through the teaching practice of new course explore actively,the teachingthat promotes student to develop all-sidedly and raises the physical course of high schoolof scientific attainment with the purpose of making the physics study and teaching of highschool raise students'scientific attainment with great efforts and achieve the goal incourse.
