Innovatitive spirit is the soul and the motive power of the development ofcreativity.Fostering the students' innovation spirits is the best measure for bringing up theircreativity .The innovation education in the junior middle school is that fostering thestudents'innovative consciousness, innovative ability and innovative personality as basicimportance tropism. The author expounded the connotations,the science theory basic of the innovative spirit,and the cause of innovative spirit formation and expounded the availability and the necessity offostering the students' innovative spirits from the aspects of philosophy, physiology,psychology, pedagogy…etc .The author ,with rich experience in teaching biology in juniormiddle school ,brought out her advice and countermeasure in fostering the students'innovation spirits. This thesis discussed the cultivating of students' innovative spirits from three ways:theoryexpatiate, practical investigation and teaching practice . The purpose of this research is, by mypractice in teaching, fish out a available avenue and disciplinalrian for fostering no matter whatin classroom or out of classroom. This thesis will provide a draw on the process of fosteringstudents' innovative spirits for schools, teachers and parents.
