The Research About Current Enrollment Policy Reform Of Colleges And Universities In Our Country

The enrollment policy reform of our national colleges and universities has been considered not only the breach, but also one of the key points and biggest headaches to the improvement of our national higher education system. The reform has direct influence on the quality and benefit of our higher education. As a significant subject, it is worthy of our research efforts not only for its influence on the whole society, but also for its result in concerning the benefit of every citizen. Based on the present situation of our higher education and the problems of enrollment policy, the author analysis and discussion the enrollment policy and some concrete propositions, such as exam system, enrollment system, management system and so on. The whole thesis can be divided into four parts: the first part introduces the historic contexts about the construction of enrollment policy, and affirms its contributions. The second part clarifies basic structure, present situation, reform and improvement, based on analyzing the advantage and disadvantage of enrollment policy. The third part studies the reasonability and drawback in order that we have a definite, objective realization about the importance of enrollment policy reform. The last part provides the principles and the propositions during the whole reform process. The reform of our national enrollment policy is advancing, and based on our national situation. Cancel exam and copy foreignness are also wrong. Meanwhile, the reform of enrollment policy is complex, concerning many aspects. The participation and efforts of the whole society ensure implementation of the enrollment policy reform.
