Study On The Independent Enrollment Reform Of College Entrance Examination Under The Perspective Of Regional Equity

In 2015,the independent enrollment reform made China's independent enrollment enter a new stage,the cancellation of the independent enrollment alliance and the strict control of the enrollment plan,allowing independent enrollment to develop in the norm.This paper takes the issue of fairness and independent enrollment of the ordinary college entrance examinations in China,and analyzes and analyzes the independent enrollment from different angles.It finds that the regional unbalanced assessment and the unreasonable evaluation criteria of independent enrollment selection,through some universities at home and abroad.The study of independent enrollment examples provides some practical and useful conclusions for the direction of independent enrollment reform.This study firstly combs and summarizes the history and current situation of independent enrollment,and has a general understanding of the domestic enrollment situation as a whole.Afterwards,with the case analysis of the implementation of A university's independent enrollment,we find out the characteristics and deficiencies.Provide reference for the reform of independent enrollment.Then,based on the perspective of educational equity,the author conducts empirical analysis and research on the quality of China's independent enrollment,finds the problem of independent enrollment,and analyzes the data of the quality tracking survey of the students selected by the current independent enrollment system.The students' advantage in terms of ability is not big enough.Although they have certain advantages in academic performance,they also indicate that the independent enrollment system is not scientific enough.This study believes that the current independent enrollment does not give full play to the advantages of talent selection,and the independent enrollment reform is imminent.Finally,taking the independent enrollment system of the world-class universities Cambridge University and Harvard University as a reference,it provides institutional methods and ideas for China's independent enrollment reform,pointing out the direction of domestic independent enrollment system reform.The recommendations of this study for the independent enrollment reform are: First,promote education equity and take care of vulnerable groups.Second,establish a third-party examination body.Third,adopt a multi-evaluation system to examine the overall quality.Fourth,improve the supervision system to ensure open and fair information.
