Since 2001, the new elementary education curriculum reform started all over our country. The curriculum reform asked the teachers to alter the traditional work-style and the lonely condition. In the worldwide research about Teacher Professional Development(TPD), the research about the collaboration among teachers is being a new hot one. The people begin to realize that the reform in teacher culture and school culture needs the collaboration. From the researcher's experience, a number of collaborations among teachers are met. So, the title is located about the collaboration under curriculum construction. The quality case study is used. Based on the research and the teacher daily life in the school, the real condition about collaboration is truly found .The research can offer some meaningful things about teacher collaboration. It can make us find the existed problems. It benefits us to find some meaningful things to support TPD and the construction of school. Multiple methods of data collection, including interview, field observing and collecting documents, are adopted in this qualitative study. All the interview records are transcribed and read along with field notes and documents. Themes, comments and ideas are categorized and sequenced into the final report. The research analyzes teacher collaboration in the related study. Based on this study, we can find the theory base and the nature of teacher collaboration. Under the curriculum reform, teacher collaboration should accelerate curriculum construction, enhance the teacher professional development, realize the school construction and improve the student learning level. During the course, the elementary school D is choosed. Firstly, the things about collaboration under curriculum reform are described. Then, the teacher collaboration under curriculum is analysized effectively from manner,content,pattern,course,result. At last, some causes which affect teacher collaboration are found. And we can get some meaningful things. Based on the case study, some conclusions about teacher in the elementary school can be found, while some problems need to be solved.
