According to the unified plan of the Ministry of Education, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region plans to start to a new high school curriculum from fall 2009. The new senior secondary curriculum reform aimed at changing some methods in teaching in high school currently such as ,injection type, excise tratic,emechanical training, into inspiration, guidance, To enhance student learning autonomy, initiative and creative learning reguests.general high schools should be based on school's actual situation, creatively carry out the practice of reform at school level, to achieve the basic high school curriculum, diversity and selectivity provide experience for students in a comprehensive, and favorable environment for the development of personality,it is a change from examination education to quality education. Curriculum Reform is spread the country-wide, China has a vast, in the economic development levels, cultural environment, there are enormous differences in the level of education and teachers.Thus, while the other parts of curriculum reform has achieved some success, but we can not copy, there is no fixed pattern to follow in curriculum reform。Therefore, we will naturally raise: Which is the difference in new courses in different parts of the implementation of from how the status of curriculum implementation? What are the factors that affect its implementation? What measures need to be taken to improve it? In this paper, I conducted a survey of the school curriculum reform, through the study of these issues ,It offers further improvement and the program and its implementation of the new course and provide some material..
