This thesis uses the method of image measurement, treats the world's elite women athletes 500 meter who take part in 2004-2005's ISU speed skating in Haerbin as target, obtain kinematics parameter of pedaling ice technology in entering the curve and going off curve. The aim is to compare and analyze the elite athletes' kinematics characteristics of pedaling ice technology in entering the curve and going off curve, announce the structures and regulars in action of high level athletes in entering the curve and going off the curve, and establish the proper technology conception of pedaling ice technology in entering the curve and going off the curve. It is not only the addition of the pedal ice technologies in new style blade (Clap), but also is the base on choosing training method scientifically. And based on this, to finish the diagnose in elite women athletes individual technologies in our country, to make sure that our athletes will get good results in the Asian Games and the Olympic Games. The main conclusion from research: First, average speed in going off the curve is faster than in entering the curve, indicate the curve is an accelerative process. Whether in entering the curve or going off the curve, supporting with one leg stage's average speed is lower than supporting with two legs one's. And left leg's average speed is faster the right one's in supporting with one or two leg stage. Second, in a single step, the time of entering the curve is longer than going off the curve. And the supporting time of right single step is longer than left, but this extend time appears in supporting with one leg. Whereas, supporting with right leg's extend time is not free, it is limited by the speed, the radius of curvature, and so on. Third, in length and frequency factor, frequency has the high correlation with speed, and length has the low correlation with speed. The frequency of going off the curve is larger than entering the curve, but the length going off the curve is shorter than entering the curve. And the marked change of length in entering the curve and going off the curve show the length in supporting with one leg. Forth, according to the change of the posture, the body average angle in entering the curve is bigger than in going off the curve. And left leg's angles in every stage are all smaller than right leg's angles. On the structure of the action pedaling ice, the actions in entering the curve and going off the curve are all follow the pedaling ice order as the big links drive the small links, from up to down, from hip to knee, and then from knee to ankle.
