It is inevitable outcomes of carrying out the modern education thought to pay attention to and emphasize interaction in teaching, it is an important means to realize the innovational education too. So, carrying on deep research to interaction in teaching is a great subject in the educational technology field. The practical application of the interaction theory in web-based instruction is the design of the interactive environment. The quality of the interactive activities is an important insurance of the teaching quality in web-based instruction. At present, in our country the interaction design and its development are at the starting stage ,and we need further discussion and more practice. It is obvious that the computer game appeal to many people very much, and the online game is the new favourite in recent years. People mostly hold passive attitude to the computer game. Denying the game without analyse is not the best method. It is the best way to solve the problem that we study the game and draw lessons from it. This article introduces the historical development of the game and its research situation. This article analyses the characteristics of the online game from studying , social and entertaining three respects emphatically, and integrates them with the interaction design in web-based instruction. This article suggests that Situated Cognition Theory is the combination of online game and interaction in web-based instruction, and it studies how to use the advantages into the interaction design in web-based instruction.
